Tapping into a ‘Workforce Goldmine’

North Carolina is home to five major military installations, and each year approximately 17,000 men and women muster out of the service. This group represents a figurative goldmine for area employers thanks to training received and habits formed during their years in service. If you represent a business that wants to tap into this resource, please contact us. We can either help directly or put you in touch with non-profit organizations dedicated to connecting companies with exiting military personnel.
